Thank you for visiting our web-site.  My name is Gary and everyone calls me the "Crazy Gringo". We are a family run business, located in Cameron Park where we operate our Salsa and Tamale facility. Our salsa business came by way of our Taco Wagon, where we developed the best salsa around for our daily lunch menu. The customers soon became hooked on our salsa that we make fresh daily, our goal is to bring you the best tasting salsa for you, your family and friends. We now have four types of salsa, four types of tamales and the best chips anywhere! We now also have our delicious meat pie's to take home and heat in the oven or microwave.

Because of the Covid pandemic our hours have changed, we now offer curbside service and on Wed. there is a farmers market right in Burke's Junction parking lot.

Gringo Salsa.....12oz.    $6.00  This is our family Friendly and our flag ship of all our salsa's! Took 1st place in 2011 and 2nd place in 2012. 

Habanero...........8oz.     $5.00  If you like your salsa with heat, this is the one for you! This salsa took 1st place in 2012 and continues to gather a following.

Tamatillo............8oz.     $5.00  This is our sweet salsa, but still has a kick! A unique taste that people love, you can use this salsa with any type of fish and in a fish taco it will take that taco to a whole new level!

Tamatillo Hot......8oz.     $5.00  This is  our newest salsa and is growing in popular demand! People love this salsa for it's hot/sweet taste.

Our meats are smoked for 5 hours and then mixed in our savory Sauce with caramelized onions and topped off with corn bread and corn.The pies come in a tray that can be baked or microwaved.
